About us
Twinkle Toes Podiatry has been servicing the Hastings region for over 15 years. Many of our patients fondly remember Sarah Coombes from as far back as 1984 when she worked out of Hastings Medical Centre. Since 2007, Sarah has had her own clinic space in Wauchope, which is now located at 17 Graham Street.
Sarah is joined by her daughter Emma Coombes who has 10 years' experience in the practice as business manager before graduating as a Podiatrist 5 years ago.

Meet the Team
Our clinic comprises of 2 Podiatrists - Sarah and Emma.
Sarah is a Master of Health Sci (Podiatry), Graduate certificate Diabetes educator and has obtained Level 1 Lower lymphoedema qualifications.
Sarah works in the High Risk and Diabetes field providing service with the Mid North Coast LHD Community Health service and Durri Aboriginal Medical Centre, as well as in the practice.
Emma graduated as a Podiatrist in 2019 and holds a current Level 2 Sports trainer and ASCA Strength and conditioning qualifications. She recently obtained a WHS Cert IV and now lectures to Podiatrists nationally on infection control and reprocessing of instruments in private practice.
Emma's areas of interest are sports and bio-mechanical Podiatry.
Bree joined us at the beginning of 2024 to work casually doing the admin and front desk role. She is currently studying at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie and is lending her excellent IT skills to updating our social media pages.
Twinkle Toes Podiatry was the first QIP Accredited practice in this area. We pride ourselves on our continued commitment to excellence in patient care and treatments. We are consistently improving and upskilling our knowledge and are committed to providing you with evidence-based treatments.
